BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SALES) - UNITED STATES Almond Resorts US Sales Team seeks a Business Development Manger for the New York/Northern New Jersey and Connecticut area. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in travel industry sales with emphasis on retail and an excellent track record.
In addition to the love of travel and sales, the candidate must be highly motivated and organized, have the ability to network and develop business relationships, be able to work without supervision from a home office and be highly proficient in presentation and public speaking.
College degree or equivalent and must have a valid driver's license and be able to work legally in the United States. Frequent travel is required. Interested candidates forward your resume ewith reference contacts to HR@almondresorts.
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER - BARBADOS The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and administration of the Housekeeping Department of a large hotel. Duties include, but are not limited to, the establishment and maintenance of standards of cleanliness and hygiene, the control and distribution of cleaning supplies, linen and equipment and the coordination of a large staff.
Candidates should be mature with a practical knowledge of housekeeping principles and at least five (5) years’ Management experience. Previous experience working in a high standard and quality environment is required. Candidates must also possess a good knowledge of inventory systems, excellent people and communication skills and the ability to motivate staff. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER - BARBADOS The successful candidate will organise, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other areas that operate serving food and beverage
The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing the work of food and beverage staff, ensuring that guests have a favourable experience at any of our outlets. You must have experience with menu development, kitchen management, sanitation practices, food inventory and general culinary and bar knowledge.

SPA DIRECTOR- BARBADOS The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Fitness Centre; • Management of Spa personnel at all properties • Coordination of the various Fitness Centre activities, programmes and services; • Inventory planning, product procurement, scheduling • Exercising a highly innovative approach to marketing, sales and management of the organisation’s Spas and fitness centres.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in Spa Management,Staff Training, Leisure Service Sales, procurement and inventory management, as well as a working knowledge of customer service and spa and fitness services and programmes.
