ALMOND RESORTS LAUNCHES ONLINE LEARNING WEBSITE

Almond Resorts has created an online training course giving agents and tour operators a simple, flexible and free way to learn about the company’s five four star premium all inclusive resorts on Barbados and St Lucia. The Almond Online Learning Website consists of six modules, each offering in-depth information on Almond’s accommodations, facilities, services, concepts, special offers and so much more!
To access the Almond Online Learning Website, candidates simply go online and register for free at www.almondtraining.com. Modules, which include Almond Resorts Facts, Almond Resorts Experience, The Resorts, Almond Resorts Family and Adult Concept, Almond Romance and Team Almond, can be completed one module at a time over any length of time. At the end of each module there is a quick quiz with ten multiple choice questions so that agents can test their knowledge.
The learning website also features a section “About You” where agents can edit their personal details, monitor their progress, view their scores and keep record of quiz scores and completed modules. This section also allows agents to register bookings to redeem free nights as part of the Team Almond rewards incentive programme. A ‘Marketing Support’ section allows agents to download Almond brochures and provides access to an extensive image gallery.
Almond Resorts will run periodic incentives for agents registering to the Online Learning Website. Incentives will range from goodie bags, tickets to various concerts and events and additional free nights at any Almond resort. Candidates will also receive a personalized certificate upon completion of the course.
