The large open main hall measures 46’ x 40’ and includes a separate projection room, ticket office, adjacent terraces, storage areas, full 14-foot stage, dressing area, balcony, bar and kitchen areas. The room can hold up to 115 people for a seated dinner and offers theater-style seating for up to 200 people.
A full range of audio/visual equipment is available including podium, microphones, overhead and slide projectors, giant and pull out projection screens, projector stands, televisions, video cassette recorders, easels, flip charts, lecterns, and carousels.
Support services in the Conference Center include elaborate catering, theme decorations, live music, floral arrangements, festive table settings and more. Special requirements such as still or video photographers, trophies, gifts, party favors and corsages can also be arranged with prior notice.
In addition to the Conference Center, space is available for evening cocktail receptions, outdoor parties and group events in any of the resorts’ six beautiful restaurants. The lush garden setting at Almond Beach Village makes the courtyard of the resort’s Bajan village the perfect place for a fabulous outdoor event and the North Pool area is ideal for grand receptions, festive poolside dinner parties and group gatherings.
And now, at our newly opened Almond Morgan Bay, meeting planners can conduct business at our Le Jardin restaurant. Meetings in Barbados at Almond Morgan Bay can be set up to accommodate any of the following styles:
