Arrival: Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your appointed treatment time. This will allow you to enjoy our steam and sauna before your services, if desired. At this time, please remove suntan lotions before your treatment. Once changed into your robe, we encourage you to relax and unwind in our meditation room while enjoying complimentary tea, tonics and water infusions along with a selection of sumptuous fresh fruit.

Late Arrivals: Please plan accordingly as your treatment time will end as scheduled to accommodate our next guest. The full value of your treatment will be applied. In some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your services.

Cancellations: In consideration of our hard working technicians and other spa guests, service cancellations must be received 12 hours in advance of your appointment. Appointments canceled in less then the required time will be billed at least 50% of the spa fee. No show for appointments will be billed in full.

Spa Attire: Luxurious spa robes, sandals and personal lockers are provided for use during your visit. We recommend leaving your valuables in your in-room safe, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Health Considerations: Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment.If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any treatments with heat. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific complications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.

Gratuities: Almond Resort Guests enjoy a no-tipping policy. If you want to show appreciation for excellent service, please do so by filling out a comment card.
