We enjoyed Almond Smuggler's Cove very much!
WE RECEIVED UPGRADES ON THE ROOMS! They were wonderful big rooms!
We loved the rooms, we loved the grounds/landscaping. There were 3 very nice pools next to the ocean, beach, hammocks, bars, restaurants. We really enjoyed everything about it. I can't say there was one negative thing at all. The resort is very clean, very well maintained, the food was good, service was most of the time good (you know how that is...we Americans have to adjust to Island Time!), the office staff making reservations etc were very helpful, knowledgeable. And of course, St Lucia is beautiful!
We definitely would go back to the Almond resort. We also did stop in one day at the other Almond resort there in St. Lucia. It also was very, very nice.
Again, Thank you for getting us the upgraded rooms! That made a huge difference in our comfort for our stay! And thank you for helping us arrange this wonderful vacation! Everything was wonderful and everything went fairly smooth with the air flights, etc.

We have just returned from Almond Beach Village in Barbados and we wish to say what a wonderful holiday we had...Excellent room...excellent food and every person on the staff so friendly ,helpful and capable.It was our 2nd visit and we hope it will not be the last.

My clients went to the Almond Club in Barbados. Well, they have returned now and I just wanted to thank Almond for their upgrade. They had a wonderful upgrade, raved about the service, the staff, and the recognition they received as repeat clients.

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing trip to St. Lucia we took about two months ago. This trip was amazing!!! I was the winner of "The View's Caribbean Giveaway" back in October 2007 and we took our trip at the end of January/early February.
Your Property at Smugglers Cove St. Lucia is fabulous! Everything from lush grounds it is set upon to the employees working there, to the food - Wonderful! You truly have some great employees working in your kitchens - especially “the Cove Restaurant” the Pool areas are great especially beautiful at night. It was truly a beautiful setting...
I cannot tell you what a great time we had in your paradise. We will never forget it - especially since we are now expecting our first baby because of this trip!!! Our best souvenir ever!!

To all at Almond Beach village! You all did so much your best, to give us the best time ever. Their is an old song that goes "EVERYTIME YOU SAY GOODBYE, YOU DIE A LITTLE"! this is what happened when Jan and I, left Almond Beach Village the perfect place for a wonderful vacation! Thank you, one and all.

we stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon it was by far the most enjoyable place we could have been to we were treated like "royalties" as quoted by my husband i would recommend this hotel to alot of honeymooners

We have had a wonderful holiday at the resort in Barbados...every one there deserves praise...we cannot pick out anyone special as every person working at the Almond could not have done more for us.
We are an older couple who do a lot of worldwide travel and we put this as a great holiday.
The chefs also coped so excellently with Margarets food allergies...special dishes when needed.
Our very best wishes to EVERYONE at the resort.

We have just returned from a week's break at Almonds Smugglers Cove on St Lucia and would like to thank everyone who made our stay so memorable. The facilities were superb and the staff so friendly. The selection of good restaurants with their options of different cuisines, the landscaped, spaceous, grounds, and the adults pool areas, were greatly appreciated but the friendly,happy staff were what made our stay so enjoyable. We cannot compliment them enough.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
St. Lucia is, by far, my favorite Caribbean island now. What a gorgeous
place. While our husbands were off playing golf, we went on a
tour of the rainforest complete with gondola ride to the top and zip-lining
our way down. We got a bird's eye view of the entire island. Simply
breathtaking! Our family also went on a day long boat tour of the island
where we got to a specific port then hiked to the volcano, mineral baths and
sulphur springs. We loved that the island had so much diversity. It was
simply a marvelous vacation. Thanks so much for taking such great care of
us. We had a very nice time. The resort was nice and there weren't lines/waits.
Food was above average. Service was good - a few workers were on "island mode".
It's nice that golf and most motorized water sports were included.
Ocean view vs. garden view is worth it due to location alone.
