For optimal customer service - as of October 1, 2008, all guests wishing to receive the "Enchanted Honeymoon" must book the package as part of the travel reservation prior to arriving at the hotel.
If the Enchanted Honeymoon Package is not pre-booked as part of the reservation and is requested upon arrival, the benifits of the package will not be granted.
