This agreement contains the terms and conditions by which Almond Vacations, 3315 Maggie Blvd. Suite 1000, Orlando, FL 32811, in consideration for a Participant’s payment, agrees to provide hotel accommodations and optional services. Read this agreement carefully before conveying any funds.
Reservations and Payment
Almond Vacations accepts payment by credit card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policies
Booking must be canceled before 4pm MST, 15 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 15 days of arrival will be subject to a three night cancellation penalty. Any cancellations within six days of arrival will be subject to a four night cancellation penalty. Special policies apply to arrivals December 20 through January 5. Full refund of prepayment will be made for canceled reservations, provided that the cancellation does not fall with in the specified cancellation period. Any reservation canceled within the cancellation period is subject to cancellation penalties. All cancellations or revisions of reservations must be made in writing. Submission of a credit card number acknowledges your understanding of this policy.
Package Description/Tax and Surcharge
All-Inclusive vacations at Almond Resorts include
- Unlimited meals at all restaurants and bars
- All meals and drinks, including name-brand liquor
- Room service (lunch and dinner only)
- Snacks at buffet style restaurant through out the day
- Taxes and gratuities
- Land and water sports
- Daily activities
- Evening Entertainment
All-Inclusive Children’s Activities
Supervised age-specific children's activities are scheduled daily. Children 0–23 months years are cared for at the nursery (open daily morning to late afternoon); a mini club is available for children 2–4 years (open daily morning to late afternoon); children 5–7 and 8–12 years play at one of two kids clubs (open daily morning to evening); teens are welcome to take part in teen center activities (open daily morning to evening).
Not included: Babysitting services after 5 PM; diapers and formula for infants.
Proof of Citizenship and Entry Requirements
Participant(s) are responsible for determining and obtaining proper documentation including any visas that may be required. Failure to carry the proper proof of citizenship may lead to denied entry to aircraft and/or foreign country.
