The resort’s 340 rooms, including 100 brand new oceanview rooms and suites, provide guests with four-star luxury in many different categories. Rooms include one king or two queen beds (request in advance) and feature either a patio or balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathroom/shower, safety deposit box, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron/board, satellite color television and beach towels. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby. For parties of more than two, additional guests are accommodated on a rollaway or sofa bed.

Guests of Almond Morgan Bay have a choice of four distinct restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as room service for lunch and dinner. Reservations are required for all restaurants for dinner only, as are slacks and collared shirts for gentlemen. Throughout the day, snacks are available from the Plum Tree Grill. To complete a perfect day, sit back and enjoy a drink at five different bars offering name brand drinks in a tropical atmosphere, including Tommy’s Rum shop and a swim-up pool bar. Nightly entertainment includes live music and shows, a late night piano bar and a weekly manager’s cocktail party.

The Palms

The resort’s main continental restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast with made to order omelets and an á la carte lunch and dinner menu from around the world. A British style high tea is served every afternoon from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. 

 

Bambou

The restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast with made to order omelets, choice of either the buffet or á la carte lunch and a fusion of Asian and Caribbean á la carte cuisine for dinner, all located at the water’s edge. 

 

Morgan’s Pier

A seafood restaurant open for dinner, overlooking the ocean. 

 

Le Jardin

Sample local delicacies in our French “Creole” restaurant open for dinner for guests 16 years and over. 

 

The Great House

This gourmet restaurant located in a grand plantation house is regarded as one of St. Lucia’s finest dining establishments. It is located adjacent to the main entrance to Almond Smugglers Cove, which is available via complimentary shuttle. Reservations are required and meals at this restaurant are not included in the Almond premium all-inclusive program. 

 

St. Lucia offers one of the world’s most breathtaking natural environments, and Almond Morgan Bay certainly takes advantage of it. The use of kayaks, snorkeling gear, windsurfer and sailboats are complimentary. There are also four freshwater pools, one exclusively for adults, and another for kids with its own PlumTree Bar & Grill. On land, the resort also offers four floodlit tennis courts and a fitness center, plus the spa offers guests pampering opportunities with a beauty salon and select treatments. Spa packages are available for purchase in advance or can be paid locally.  

 

You’re welcome to stay on the resort your entire visit, but we encourage you to venture out and explore the island and its culture. Deep Sea Fishing

Full Day Sail to Soufriere

Embark on a catamaran cruise along the west coast and enjoy the rugged beauty of the coastline. Return to the catamaran and cruise down to Anse Cochon beach where you can relax on the boat or enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Pirate Day Sail to Soufriere

Day: Monday, Friday

Price: Adult: USD $110 Child: USD $55Experience the fun of a day at sea on the Tall Ship “Brig Unicorn”. A 140 foot replica of a 19th century Brig, this ship took part in the 1976 Tall Ships Race and was used in the filming of Roots and Pirates of the Caribbean. Cruise along the west coast of St. Lucia, while sipping complimentary rum punch and soft drinks as our crew sets the billowing sails for a trip to Soufriere. Once in Soufriere, tour the famous Sulphur Springs—a drive-in volcano, the stunning Diamond Fall and the lush tropical gardens before returning to the Unicorn for a tasty lunch on board. On the return, there is a stop to swim at Anse Cochon. A sail through beautiful Marigot Bay completes our adventure aboard the Unicorn. Lunch and transportation from the hotel is included.

 

Rainforest Sky Rides

Foresteirre Rainforest Trail

Price: Adult: USD $60 Child: USD $30Board an “open-topped” Land Rover and travel into the rainforest. Your expert St. Lucian Forestry guide will escort you on the hike through the forest. You will be served sandwiches, light snacks and soft drinks. Land Rover transportation from the hotel is included.

 

Waterfall Cycling Adventure

Price: Adult: USD $60 Child: USD $30Bike through the rainforest and stop at Errard Waterfall where you can take a dip in its refreshing waters. Then cycle through the rainforest as the guide points out local crops grown on the island. Ride back to the resort in an open truck through the quaint fishing village of Dennery. Transportation from the hotel is included.

 

Sunset Cruise

Day: Monday, Friday

Price: Adult: USD $60 Child: USD $30Board the Unicorn and sail the western coastline on this adults-only sunset cruise. Enjoy the live steel band music, while you are served hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches, champagne, rum punch and soft drinks. Transportation from the hotel is included.

 

As part of the all-inclusive package, the children’s program at Almond Smugglers Cove has been designed to provide educational fun to children from newborn to teens, keeping them happily entertained with playgrounds, kiddie pools and fully equipped activity centers. Our fully qualified staff allows parents to relax and enjoy themselves in the knowledge their little ones are supervised and well looked-after.

Children’s programs include a Nursery for infants 0 - 23 months, a Mini-Club for children 2 - 4 years, Kids’ Club for children 4 - 12 years and a Teen Center for those 13 years and over.

Baby sitting is also available for an additional local charge.
