A reception dinner can be arranged for up to 20 people at one of the restaurants on property as part of the all-inclusive program. Please contact our weddings coordinator to discuss your personal needs and desires when it comes to planning your customized reception.

The wedding party must dine from the menu being served at that particular restaurant that day/evening. In order for the reception dinner to be part of the all-inclusive rate, the wedding guests must be staying at the resort. If the guests are staying off property, they must purchase a pass in order to attend the wedding and reception. The reception must take place within the time period the restaurant is open for service.

I see the wedding and honeymoon packages and the prices; does that include the cost of the rooms?

The wedding packages include only the items you see listed. Travel packages are additional. You can get the rates for travel by calling 1-800-425-6663 and speaking with an Almond reservation specialist.

Is the reception included in the all- inclusive package?

At Almond Resorts as part of the all-inclusive package we offer you the option of having up to twenty guests total seated in one of the restaurants the evening of your wedding and as long as they are all guests of the resort and dining from the regularly served menu. This is not a private reception. Your guests will be seated at tables near each other, but among the other guests dining in the restaurant that evening. With this option you can have guests from off property as long as the total of your group is not more than 20 persons and all off property guests will have to pay for a day pass. Should your party be more than 20 persons or if you want a private reception or music and dancing at your reception you can contact the wedding coordinator at the resort of your choice for reception pricing and options.

I don’t know which resort I like, which one is the best?

All four Almond Resorts offer a beautiful tropical location for an unforgettable wedding. They all offer different features from the location in the St. Lawrence Gap and Dover Beach of the Casuarina, to the nine hole golf course and Sugar Mill of the Village, to the adult only atmosphere and first rate Spa facilities of the Club and Spa in Barbados. Then there is the laid back luxury of Morgan Bay in St. Lucia. Which one is best is what is best for you. Our web site tells about the features offered at all four or you can also call 1-800-425-6663 to speak to an Almond reservation specialist who is knowledgeable about the features of the resorts.

Will I have a wedding coordinator at the resort?

When you check in, you will receive a wedding packet from the resort’s weddings coordinator. Your wedding briefing is then usually held a day or two after your arrival. This will give you the opportunity to meet with your weddings coordinator to finalize the details of your big day. At this time, your coordinator will go through the procedure of your wedding day and the vows that will be exchanged. Feel free to add to the wedding vows with a family prayer or your own written vows. This is also your time to consult with the photographer.

How many weddings does each resort have each day?

Each Almond Resort holds up to three weddings per day, but we ensure a gap of approximately 2 to 3 hours between each ceremony. We want you to feel totally unique and special – the way you should on this very special day.

What days and times can I schedule my wedding?

Weddings can be scheduled Monday through Saturday from 10am until 4pm. In compliance with local statutes, Almond Resorts does not perform weddings on Sundays, public or religious holidays, and all ceremonies must be completed by sundown.

How many guests can attend the wedding?

The number of guests varies by properties due to the size of the venues but there is no limit per reception. Non-resident guests will be expected to pay for a day pass. Please visit our contact us page for prices. Note: Almond Beach Club & Spa is only able to accommodate 30 guests due to location size.

Can I customize my reception?

It is best to contact the hotel wedding coordinator directly to plan the reception. Reception costs are payable directly to the resort, so prices and deposits can be advised immediately.

Are children welcome at the properties?

Of the five resorts, only Almond Beach Club & Spa is adult-exclusive. You must be 16 or older to attend. Children under 16 are welcome at all other properties for the ceremony; non-resident day pass charges apply. If younger children are in attendance or part of the wedding ceremony, we recommend that couples staying at Almond Beach Club & Spa have the wedding and reception at the Beach Village or Casuarina Beach properties.
